Esther's business card

visitekaartje_Esther_afbeelding.JPG

Esther’s picture on her business card is a clef. “I love to listen to music, wherever and whenever. The clef with all its notes around it form a unity: a piece of music that is worth listening to. This also applies for internal communication. In an organization, everyone has a voice and if you are able to bring all these voices together and let them cooperate, a unity emerges. Good internal communication can unite an organization and make it such that cooperation and listening to each other are important. If the notes start to sound wrong, something has to happen to make the piece of music (organization) work again.
