Ilse

In addition to being general manager and founder of Involve, Ilse is a very entrepreneurial and energetic communication and change manager, who is also available for clients. She combines an open and direct consultancy style with empathy as well as understanding of processes within organizations. Professionally, her strengths are analyzing communication issues(in a broad organizational perspective), creating strategic plans and practical solutions that really work. With her excellent managerial skills and enthusiasm she takes responsibility for the formation and management of communication teams. Ilse can be confidently relied upon with complex projects.

Ilse's personal illustration is the underside of a mushroom. This is not just because the Involve office building is called ‘the Mushroom’, given its shape. “In my opinion communicating for the sake of communicating is not effective. It is all about effectively leaving marks, leaving spores. That way, the impact of my involvement will still be tangible after I am gone."
