Masters in Internal Communications
In September 2009 Involve and Van der Hilst Communicatie have initiated the first Masters in Internal Communications in the Netherlands. This certified Masters gives Involve the opportunity to join and share over 16 years of experience and knowledge with IC professionals who are increasingly seeking to broaden their knowledge and skills. The Masters can also be presented in-company. The first tailored Masters was initiated in 2010.
In-depth knowledge and improvements in practice
The participants of the Masters develop a broad view on internal communications in relation to adjoining disciplines such as organizational science, change management and HRM. Besides extending your knowledge and competences upon completion participants will have made a diagnosis and advice for improvement of the internal communications within their organization.
