Involve has developed a project communications multi-step approach in order to ensure successful communications around projects. Involve offers a tailor made approach to immediately connect with the projects in the organization. The advantage of this product is that it is applied to the specific situation. The multi-step approach consists of the following steps:
The project communications workshop provides participants with insights in how to use the action plan and how to structure communications around their projects. During the interactive workshop participants exchange their experience and learn from one another. At the end of the workshop each participant has developed their communications plan for a specific project and is able to apply this.
The workshop is aimed at both project managers and communications professionals involved in projects within their organization. During 8 hours the workshop guides them step by step in applying the tool in practice. We address concrete projects in their practice and participants complete the various steps with the help of interactive exercises.
The number of participants is limited to 12 in order to ensure interactivity.
The degree in which a project succeeds in involving its stakeholders and not missing out or neglecting anyone is a critical success factor in projects. In the stakeholder management workshop participants map the stakeholders of their project. They learn to structure the stakeholders and to define the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders in an unambiguous way. At the end of the workshop participants have finalized a stakeholder analysis for their project to be put into practice.
The stakeholder management workshop is aimed at project managers and communications professionals. Given the high degree of interactivity the number of participants is limited to 12. The workshop duration is 2,5 to 3 hours and consists of two sections:
