Océ

Océ is an international organization offering print and document management solutions in 90 countries.

• Involve was asked to set up and develop a communication plan for Océ’s SPINE project. SPINE focused on the alignment of operations in all Océ's European locations: production processes, country organizations and support systems. We developed a communication concept and structure for SPINE and coached project managers in taking on their internal communication role by conducting workshops and offering tools.  
• Involve developed a vision on internal communication for Océ and composed a five year strategic plan for the company. Both vision and plan were based on Involve's vision on internal communication as well as an analysis of the status of internal communication at Océ. Vision and plan allowed the company to move forward in establishing the discipline.
