One of the world’s major healthcare, lifestyle and lighting companies, Philips hired Involve to work for several of its divisions and its Global HR department. Our assignments included:

• Setting up and implementing a communications department and structure for a large unit within Personal Appliances and Personal Care (now part of Philips' Lifestyle division)
• Developing and conducting workshops in line communication
• Setting up a communications structure for management and employees at the Semiconductors Division. Facilitating several town meetings and programs
• Conducting a qualitative survey on the internal communications of Global HRM with their 1400 member HR community world-wide, including recommendations for improvements
