Strategy and advice

Our audits and analyses often result in a strategy or advice regarding your internal communication. We can help you with a variety of strategies and advice:

1. Full IC advice

Based on our IC audit, we offer advice and provide a plan for the implementation of a complete IC organization. Alternatively, we can focus on a single key area suiting your organization and ambitions:

  • Implementation of communicators’ roles and responsibilities, including a professionalization program
  • Advice on improving the formal and informal communications structure
  • Approach to strategic or themed communications (e.g. a year or multi-year plan)
  • Advice on methods for measurement and embedding as well as drawing up a business case
  • Proposal for the design, portfolio, positioning and professionalization of the IC discipline. If desired, we can take on recruitment and on-boarding of any (new) members of the IC team.
