Tools and training
At Involve, we feel the people in your organization are the most important ‘means of communication’. By upgrading their internal communications awareness and competencies, you can help achieving your organization's targets faster and better, while engaging people sustainably. Involve has developed tools and training courses that match the roles and responsibilities of people with specific positions in your organization. We can tailor these to suit your needs, on the basis of a set of principles:
Tools and training courses should:
- Enable people to better perform in their internal communications role, both in structuring the discipline as well as in developing their skills
- Focus on one or more aspects of internal communications and, often, one or more roles
- Preferably take people's specific work environment into account as they have to be able to communicate effectively in their own work place
- Include more than a single stand-alone tool or training. We feel more is needed to help people in taking up or improving their role
- Consist of a set of interventions, tailored to clients' specific situations and aimed at creating a long-term effect. Our products to enable people in their role often consist of:
- a checklist or multi-step approach
- a test
- training and /or game
- coaching
- Preferably be integrated in the organization's regular development, leadership and introduction programs
- Support you in your daily work. We firmly believe in training on the job so that our approach is linked to your regular work setting straight away.
