Inge is a committed and inquisitive advisor with experience in internal communication. She graduated in behavioral change. Inge has a social and sensitive personality with a passion for (social) psychology. This provides her with a good understanding of behavior in organizations and the right knowhow to respond to this. After all, if you want to change behavior, you first have to understand how it is established. In her opinion, this is essential for effective communication. Her vision is therefore: communication is essential for (behavioral) change and communication becomes more effective with knowledge of behavior.
Inge’s business card: butterfly
When thinking of internal communication and change, I picture a butterfly. A butterfly is a symbol of transformation, because of its transformation from caterpillar to butterfly. Transformation (of something small or big) is often the main subject in internal communication and change. Another aspect of the butterfly is also related to communication and change: the antennas. With these antennas you can “sense” how an organization and its employees think about certain issues and why they behave in a specific way. Being able to sense these things and respond to a certain transformation is an important characteristic of a communication consultant.
